All personal information obtained by stars.raceforeducation.org/STARS (hereafter called “Race For Education”) about individual visitors to our website is information supplied voluntarily by that scholarship applicant. Our website's personal profile questionnaire requires users to volunteer contact information such as name and address, and demographic information such as age and income level, test scores and various other information pertaining to making application to Race For Education scholarships. We do not make that information available to any other party, partner, company or organization. The information provided on Race For Education is strictly used by selection committees, Race For Education Board of Directors, and staff to select Race For Education scholarship recipients and is never shared with any third party for any reason.
Users may make changes to the information in their personal profile at Race For Education at any time by logging-in to the website and entering the email address and password they submitted when creating their profile. It is the responsibility of the user to make all necessary changes in their profile to ensure the information they have provided while completing their registration and/or applying for a scholarship.
Users of Race For Education who wish to terminate their application for a Race For Education scholarship may do so at any time by contacting the Students Services Manager at apply@raceforeducation.org. Please be sure to type "Remove" in the subject field and submit the email account associated with your profile, along with your password.
